Mila Meru - Still Flow'n [Mixtape]

LA artist Mila Meru recently released a 5 track project titled "Still Flow'n" in which she delivers a deep message regarding society through a pleasurable poetic flow. Beginning with the single "matriX" produced by B. Young, Mila Meru talks about the psychological jail society finds itself in and the extremities people will go to in order to gain a little money. In addition, she goes on to mention the shady practices professionals in certain fields take against people of colored skin.

Songs like "#CAREFREECOLOREDGIRLS" produced by Ignorvnce, is a powerful song empowering colored women to love themselves and take "back the world" in which they have been oppressed for so long. Painting a vivid picture of a peaceful, happy future, and equality, Mila Meru encourages her "sisters" to be educated and love each other to regain the respect they deserve.

Also included in the lovely project are tracks like "aiiight" produced by Juno Adonis and "Taurian Trance" featuring Fleur, with production by P. Soul. If you haven't yet listened to the project by LA native Mila Meru, then we suggest you light up a doobie, relax, and enjoy this piece of art.
